日本初のモクテルとローアルコールの専門店”LOW-NON-BAR”が軽井沢に2号店をオープン。店名に追記された”RTS” はReady To Serveの略で、氷を入れたり、ソーダなどで割るだけで楽しめる飲み物の事。
より気軽にBARを楽しんで頂ける様、昼12時から営業と”角打ち”の要素を取り入れた。気になるボトルとグラスをご自身でセレクトしバーテンダーの元へ。 気に入ったボトルはお土産として購入出来るショップも併設。（ノンアルコールのみ）
Low-Non-Bar #RTS
Japan’s first market and low alcohol specialty store “LOW-NON-BAR” opened its second store in Karuizawa. “RTS” added to the store name stands for Ready To Serve, and it is a drink that you can enjoy just by adding ice or breaking it with soda.
We incorporated elements of “kakuuchi” from 12 o’clock in the afternoon so that you can enjoy the BAR more easily. Select the bottle and glass you are interested in by yourself and go to the bartender. There is also a shop where you can buy your favorite bottle as a souvenir. ( Non-alcoholic only)
白を基調にした空間で“BAR=お酒”の概念から解き放たれた新しい愉しみがはじまる。陳列の仕方も鑑賞したくなる美しさ。
お店の右手奥には同じく3月にオープンしたオーセンティックバー「Bar 勝治 -Bar KatsuHaru-」（18:00~23:00）も。

In the back of the right hand side of the store is also an authentic bar “Bar KatsuHaru” (18:00~23:00), which also opened in March.
