GIN CAFE was opened as a craft gin specialty store with the desire to allow customers to enjoy craft gin in the casual manner of spending the day at a cafe. We always have over 100 types of craft gin from Japan and abroad, including Shinshu. お店の右手奥には同じく3月にオープンしたオーセンティックバー「Bar 勝治 -Bar KatsuHaru-」（18:00~23:00）も。
